Question : Hi in case of infant stomach seems to be getting loose (goes 3 to 4 times a day) which medicine is okay lanzol junior (1/4th tablet once a day for 2 weeks) or entrogerminia (2.5 ml B/L/D) can give both along with zinconia).

In case a child has loose stools, you can give Enterogermina along with Zinconia. Lanzol Junior on the other hand would help only if there is vomiting and abdominal pain.
