Brief Answer:
Sodium valproate is the best.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Sodium valproate (brand name- depakote/depakine) is the best anti-epileptic drug, which can control both myoclonic and generalized tonic-clonic seizures. It is a broad spectrum drug and can be used long-term as monotherapy (single drug).
The second best option is levetiracetam (brand name-Keppra).
Other alternatives are clonazepam (Klonopin) and lamotrigine (Lamictal).
I hope this helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Sodium valproate should be tried once.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
You are on fairly good (on the higher side) doses of current medications (keppra, lamictal and klonopin).
Since they are not controlling the seizures, you should try sodium valproate once. Kindly discuss the same with your treating neurologist
