Question: Neck Spasm. Is their any quick fix or tablet I can take for relief. I cant visit a physiotherapist until this weekend.

- you may need muscle relaxant like thiocolchicoside for persistent neck pain.
- avoid any painful neck movements
- give your neck as much rest as possible, cervical collar may help
Most mild spasms take 3-4 days to heal spontaneously.
