Suggest Medication For Persistent Vertigo

Question: I am taking medicin dilizen25 thrice o day for virtigo. My dizziness has become less but now from last 10 gays i am suffereing from lightheadness and it remains for 3-4 hours. Some doctor say it is minnears disease and some say labranthis.
Can you suggest some other medicin so that my dizziness should gone . Upto what time i have to take medicin . When it will cure i am suffering this from last 15 may

i have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You should provide more details regarding your symptoms. Dizziness is episodic or continuous, any relation to posture, associated vomiting, hearing loss, ear fullness, tinnitus.
Any other comorbid illness like diabetes , stroke, hypertension.
Labyrinthitis , vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease are all associated with dizziness but with different features.
If you are improving then continue the medication. Complete relief may take 2-3 weeks.
You can take DIzitac twice daily for better relief instead of current medication.

If treatment is effective then continue or change to dizitac for additional benefits.

What should be dosage of dizitec and how many mg
If i start dizitac whether it will work in both dizziness or tinnitus

Dizitac (Cinnarizine 20 MG+Dimenhydrinate 40 MG) is a combination of both central and peripherally acting anti-vertigo drug.
It can be taken twice or thrice daily for 7-10 days.
You can stop previous drug.
Take adequate fluids and fruits.

The benefits may be similar in cases with peripheral vertigo without vomiting but better role of dizitac in cases with associated vomiting.

As your suggestion i am taking dizitec thrice a day now their is lot of improvement in me no diziness and lightheadness. Pls suggest me further treatment and dosage

After reducing drug if dezziness start then what should i do

And after finishing if dizziness start then i should take dizitec SOS

You should stop the drug in next 10 days.
If dizziness appears then you can do vertigo exercises (Brandt daroff exercise).
You can take dizitac on sos basis but in later stages exercises have better role than drugs.
