As per your question i may say that first try to avoid drugs as no physical examination has been done so far. Do few steps as mentioned and if your treating doctor feels that you are a candidate to take medication then you can take it without any problem. Regarding medication you want to know dose it affects your health and sex life and my answer is no not at all but in long run it has some psychological impact that without it you can not do sex. In my opinion never stay on tablets rather try to improve it naturally which will take few months only and life will be good.
