Ejaculation Before Having Intercourse. Vomiting And Digestion Problem After Taking Duralast. Treatment?

My age is 31, height 5.8 and weight 70 KG, healthy man. i got recently married ( one month back) and while having intercourse with my wife, i am not able to control,i ejaculate before having intercourse , firstly i thought this is normal problem, but then tried 3-4 times more, but i ejaculated every time beforre having intercourse.
I consulted a urologist, he gave me tablet Duralast 30 and Penegra 50 MG, i tried once but resulted in omitting and digestion problems.
i tried stop and start method, but it is not helping. i am in depression as this could spoil my married life. please suggest, if it is curable? and taking of above medicines will cause any health problems?
Please guide me for any alternative medicines and way to cure it. thanks in advance

Premature ejaculation is a more psychiatric provlem rather than organic one.If you think so it can further get aggrivated .Both these drugs are used for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.Yes penegra causes gastric upset can give to vomitting.You can take penegra after food and can take H2 blocker like rantidine before these medicine.Think positive,use medicine for short time and take help from psychiatrist..Proper use of these medicine for short time don't cause any health problem.
