How To Identify Premature Ejaculation ?
I get strong erection . I am able to stay inside vagina as long as I want to but only if I am not puliing my penis out and inserting it like a piston movement . The momemnt I start the piston movement i am only able to hold the discharge for a max of 20 ~ 30 to and fro movements. The situation is slightly better when I use climax control condoms OR Duralast tablets. Is this an early dischage issue ? Can you please suggest proper medication / solution

Time spent inside the vagina before discharge is on an average 2 minutes, though there is great variation in the definition of normal ejaculatory time. Those with 10 minutes may not be satisfied and complain of early ejaculation where as someone with 1 minute may be happy so what ever the time, if either partner is unhappy with the ejaculatory time, it is called Pre-Mature Ejaculation
