Suggest Medication For Recurrent Chest Pain

Question: I have Sharp chest pain that referer to left arm supsided by eating and aggrivated by hunger scince on month with no respiratory symptoms no fever

I use otc omeprasol for one week and symptoms start to improve but after i stop taking it symptoms started to come back what could this problem please

Take Omeprazole for another week

Hi,

Your symptoms may be caused by gastritis or eosaphagitis.
Take Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day 30 minutes before meal for another week, if symptoms again restart after stopping the medication, you should see your doctor and in this case a gastroscopy is desired with Helicobacter test for a proper treatment.

Today i take one tabe
but when i take omeprasole i feel like some thing stock in my throat is this side effect or what or there is better proton pump than omeprasol
