Face gets puffy, stuffy nose , head ache and is unable to breath at night.
Brief Answer:
Antihistamines + steam inhalation and nasal decongestants
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In such cases, I will start him on antihistamines and nasal decongestants along with steam inhalation.
1. Tab cetrizine 10mg one tablet at night for a week
2. Nasovion spray 3-4 times a day for not more than 5 days.
3. Steam inhalation 4 times regularly
These symptoms will help control his symptoms. In case he doesn't get better with these measures, I will insist he visits a doctor / ENT surgeon for examination.
Hope this helps.
