Question: Hello I'm a female, 18 years and 6 months. What tablets can I take to improve the skin on my face? I have lots of whiteheads near my nose and forehead and my face has become dark these days. I'mtaking zincovit once in a day as my doctor has suggested me to. I weigh 38.3 kg and 4.8 ft height. Please help me

It is an oral sunscreen.
Also apply a topical sunscreen with spf more than 50.
