I want to know why does Prostaglandins level in my case suddenly goes down on day 3 and reappear just on day 4. Any possible explanation. Also usually I have an upset stomach -constipation or diarrhea. I have underwent a complete check up for this gastro intestinal problem, but they couldnt find any issue.
