Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following details are furnished from my side and later on details needed from your side for better management and treatment of your pathology:
1. Since in your other questions, test conducted by Neurologist were said to be Normal thus it could be simply sinusitis with which we are dealing. (cause of dizziness)
2. Going through your medical history, you are on synthyroid (for hypothyroidism), and since low thyroid in blood is concerned with retention of salt & water in body (edema) which is also applicable to the sinuses thus could be an underlying cause of your sinusitis.
PS. consult an Endocrinologist for better understanding between the two.
3. In between do let me know whether there is/are any ill effects of chronic sinusitis felt/seen by you, like:
. reduced sense of taste & smell?
. pain in ear?
. difficulty in breathing?
. nocturnal cough?
. pain-swelling-tenderness around face?
. nausea?
4. Do revert back with your clarifications for further necessary assistance and management.

Dear
Thanks for reverting back and going by the case history and symptoms I will prescribe you Dietary Regime and Medicine on line of ‘jeerna pratishyaya’ xxxxx
1. Do consult an Endocrinologist regarding any relation between the two. [as routine]
2. Repeated colds or vasomotor rhinitis: [watering of nose-sneezing-post nasal drip are usually allergic and preventing repeated attacks is the main aim of treatment]
PS. Remember: Common cold is a self limiting condition, the aim is symptomatic relief.
3. Regarding neck issue: it is rare to get neck pain with sinusitis unless it is a deep seated infection [sinus pressure], so first it need to get evaluated through radio imaging [x-ray] .
PS. Management will depend only after the outcome of Investigation and/or Examination ( Opinion of E.N.T Doctor and even second opinion is welcome
4. Avoid: Heavy, slimy and acidic food, curd, mustard oil, excess physical exertion, sunlight-dust areas, exposure to strong winds, day sleeping, smoking, potato, green leafy vegetables. Cold water/food
5. Take: Old brown rice, soup of moong dal, black grapes, cow’s or goat milk, garlic, lukewarm water to drink, black pepper, dried ginger, honey, mulethi, launga
6. Take Raw ginger+ raw turmeric: [2 gm each] and fry in cow’s ghee [6 gm] and thereafter add jaggery and take at bed time [during night]

v. As attacks are frequent take high protein diet : egg (white), soyamilk, pumpkin, squash, watermelon, peanuts, almonds, if non-vegetarian (meat) are choices , legumes, sprouted pulses/cereals, milk with protein powder [since blockage of nose is an issue thus yogurt and beans are not recommended] and do deep breathing Exercises [anulom vilom]
vi. i. Vitamin A: helps to maintain Thymus gland which is a powerful antiviral gland: thus XXXXXXX carrots, cantaloupe, egg yolk, apricots, pumpkin, papaya, are ideal.
ii. Vitamin C: is needed for proper functioning of immune system: amla is best
iii. Vitamin E: is a powerful anti oxidant which helps to stimulate antibody production: peanuts, dried apricots, cooked spinach, taro root can be taken
