Hello,

Naloxone is the antidote used in morphine overdose.
But it is not available as over the counter medicine.

Morphine overdose is fatal in elderly people due to poor renal clearance.
It causes respiratory distress(Breathing difficulty).

So there is not effective over the counter medicine to clear morphine from the body.

You can observe for any symptom related morphine overdose like respiratory distress and seek medical immediately if so.
