Brief Answer:
Might be folliculitis or abscess.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have e gone through your picture.
Based on that I feel it is either abscess or folliculitis. Picture is not that clear, if possible kindly upload the high resolution images.
Is there any discharge from the lesion?
Are you suffering from any medical illness like diabetes?
If there is collection of pus or any discharge, it is better to go for microscopy , culture and sensitivity of the discharge or the pus.
Then based on the report we can decide on the appropriate antibiotic.
Meanwhile I would suggest you to wash the area with cool water, clean it with antiseptic solution and apply neosporin ointment to it.
Avoid touching it, I would suggest you to take NSAIDS like Ibuprofen, which has both analgesic and antiinflammatory property.
I would recommend you to see general surgeon for examination and further help.
Hope this helps
