Brief Answer:
Post prandial distress syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You have post prandial distress syndrome.
You need to take prokinetic medications like Reglan , Itopride or Levosulpiride for relief.

Check your blood glucose level as diabetes can cause gastroparesis and abdominal bloating.

Increased intestinal gas can cause similar symptoms. Continue taking low FODMAP Diet as advised and also take probiotics.

Regards,
Dr.R.K
