What Causes Nausea, bloating And Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I am on day 19 of my 26 day cycle. Over the past three days I have felt nausea but never actually gotten sick. I have also had bloating and pain in my lower abdomen. Today, I got very dizzy for a couple of hours. I tend to sleep 2 hours after work as well.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from premenstrual syndrome also there may be superficial gastritis. I will suggest you to have antispasmodic Drotaverine tablets for 5 days. Also, start a course of Pantoprazole for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
