Brief Answer:
Plenty of water, folic acid rich food, dentogel

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX
Welcome
I have gone through your query.

Alcohol causes irritation of the month and can present with the symptoms mentioned by you.

I'll mention few measures that will be helpful.
Drink plenty of water before going to sleep. Hydrating your body works to combat the effects of alcohol, replenishing cells and keeping the mouth moist during sleep.
Eat foods high in folic acid. Some breakfast cereals have an enriched source of folic acid. Leafy vegetables and legumes may be another good bet. Consider eating these foods before drinking.
Take curd and also you can take capsule becosules once daily for week.
Now for ulcers you can apply dentogel to the affected area it will beneficial.

Hope this helps
Take care
