Suggest Remedies For Brain Hypoperfusion

Evaluation of vascular problems.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
General brain hypoperfusion found in SPECT doesn't point to any specific disease.
Only cases with substance abuse (cocaine, crack, alcohol) may result in such SPECT scan results.
General hypoperfusion may indicate also impaired blood flow from developmental abnormalities or occlusion of cervical and brain arteries, so, in my opinion, MRI with vascular protocol ( MRA ) of neck and brain vessels is necessary to evaluate any vascular problems.
Brain trauma SPECT examination results usually in focal ( not general ) areas of hypoperfusion.
Discuss with a Neurologist about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

Are there any treatments for these things?
Discuss with your son's primary care Doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I think your son's primary care Doctor can order necessary tests to have a correct diagnosis.
Only after a correct diagnosis, we can say if the condition is treatable, and proper treatment ways.
Hope I helped you.
Greetings.
