Brief Answer:
Take Tylenol for pains, headaches and fever!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is no specific treatment for cold. We simply manage the symptoms and allow the body to fight the infection. Most are viral in nature and antibiotics have no added value in doing so. I will suggest that you take tylenol to control your symptoms and that is all. 1000mg every 6-8hours would be okay. I believe you would soon be feeling better within 48-72hours. In addition, physical exercise, increased fluids and fruits, good diet and positive mindset are all important in this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me posted on your progress.
