Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanl you for writing to us
I am Dr. Kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a common complication of chicken pox. The spots would definitely fade with time; however to hasten resolution you may use a kojic acid or glycolic acid based cream once or twice daily in addition to sunprotection with a sunscreen during the day specially if the dark spots are on exposed parts like face.

Thanks doctor for the answer. Can you please tell me the cream name as I am staying in a Spanish speaking country and it is difficult to explain them and buy a cream.
Brief Answer:
ask for a product containing alpha hydroxy acids
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Glyco - A cream or Kojic cream are common brands that i use here in XXXXXXX in my patients. These are XXXXXXX brands therefore i doubt they would be available in spain.
You can ask for a product from a drug store containing an alpha hydroxy acid e.g either glycolic acid or lactic acid. That would be fine.
I am sure you would get a sunscreen easily.
