What Causes Vibrations In The Brain With Internal Noise?

Good afternoon. Here is my problem: I feel my brain seems dry, God forbid this, but what I feel. I move my head and I feel that my brain seems to resist the movement. When you jump or run, I feel my brain shaking inside the head. And I feel some internal noise, as if the brain were scraping the skull. Already suspected that the noise may come from the connection between the spine and the interrior of the brain, because these sounds are like a drag or rip . I also have a discharge into the throat. The secretion comes from above, inside the nose or elsewhere. When you swallow the secretion, can I move my head without the occurrence of noises that I quoted. This secretion might come from the brain? I also have severe nasal stuffiness, which leaves me breathless as to be able to pass out. I also have allergic asthma, take medication corticosteroids since childhood. I believe I contracted herpes labialis simple, a few years ago. This could dry a brain? I m not an alcoholic or drug user. I ve had chicken pox. I also had ringing in the ears and black spots in vision that suddenly appear.

Hi,

First of all, our brains has no sensory receptors. That means it is impossible for you to feel the brain scratching against your skull.

For the noise you are hearing that might be from an inner ear problem. Please refer to an ear nose throat specialist to get your ears tested. If that persists you might need to refer to a neurologist afterwards.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal
