I'm a Vegetarian and from South XXXXXXX and doesn't consume any meat foods like chicken, mutton, fish etc., Non-Alcoholic, Non-Smoker, i will consume Dals (Toor Dal, Kabuli Chana/Chickpeas-white, Chana Dal) around 4 times in a week, coffee not regularly.
So please suggest me what kind of foods i can take. As i'm a South XXXXXXX what kind of breakfast, lunch and dinner would be preferred.
If suppose, i get back my Uric acid levels to normal level, again in future, do i have a high risk of getting the same problem?
Thanks and regards, XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the heel can be due to raised levels of uric acid or plantar fascitis. To decrease the uric acid levels you need to have a diet rich in vitamin C. You can add lemon and amla to your daily routine. Do decrease dals dairy products and coffee. You can have more of rice and vegetables. It is best to get a proper diet chart made with the help of a dietician according to your food choices. Do get your uric acid levels checked again after 6 weeks. Even after the levels are controlled there can be a recurrence in case you do not stick to the dietary restrictions. You also need to increase the fluid intake to increase the uric acid excretion.
I hope this answers your query.
