Brief Answer:
Frequency and quality of life matters during attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

If the frequency of the attack is less than a month you can still continue the vasograin or for that matter any pain killer like Brufen 400 or Dicolnac 100mg and abort the attack.
If you have frequency of the attack more than a month and is affecting the normal life that too on a busy day you should consider anti migraine prophylaxis.
This is given after careful evaluation and also MRI scan for basic screening. I suggest you to meet a Neurologist.

You should also maintain a migraine diary where you should not the day, time, duration, severity of the attack what helped you and what aggravated the attack. This is very important on a long run. Your Neurologist helps with this and gives better medication.
