Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
High blood pressure is a common finding in elderly, and it is mandatory to be well managed to prevent it's troublesome complications.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information

1. Since how long have you been having high blood pressure

2. What was the last pressure reading

3. Do you have any other medical problem like heart disease, respiratory symptoms, obstructive airway disease

4. Are you over Weight

5. Dose of current medication

Even though you are on ramipress H tablets, your blood pressure is not in control.
Other possibilites to bring your blood pressure down are to raise the dosage of Ramipress H or switch telmisartran or combine with another medication like a so called ca-antognist like verapamil or similar.

Before changing the drug or change in the dosage you have consult a doctor.

Life style modification also plays an important role in maintaining your blood pressure
Maintain ideal body weight.
- avoid salt ( sodium) intake.
- regular physical activity - you can start having a walk at medium pace 20- 45 minutes ,as per her capacity, gradually increasing the time .
- Start yoga exercises,/ pranayama under expert guidance/ do mind concentration & meditation- this helps in being +ve., relieves tension & helps lowering blood pressure.
Eat more of fresh fruits & salads,
- avoid taking alcohol.

If you have any doubt you are welcome.
Take care
Regards
Dr Priyanka

Reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks again and sorry for the delayed response
I have gone through your reports according to your reports taken on XXXXXXX , it is showing increased cholesterol, LDL,Triglycerides and liver enzymes.
But the reports of Feb showing only increased in liver enzymes.
Also according to your scan report u have fatty liver and enlarged
Grade II prostate.
And increase in the glucose t postprandial.
All these reports are 9 months before taken. So in order to start the treatment you may need to take fresh reports and you have to consult doctor.
He will do clinical examination and may ask for required tests.
So treatment can be started after the complete evaluation.
