Brief Answer:
Ibuprofen tablets

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . This is probably a viral infection that will mostly be self limited within three days but a To reduce body temperature you can give her ibuprofen tablets every eight hours .. Also you can place a cool, damp washcloth on her forehead while she rests or she can take a bath to help her body cool and bring her temperature down. Don't use cold water. It can make her shiver and cause her body temperature to rise..
Offer her plenty of fluids and chilled foods, such as yogurt, to help cool the body from the inside out and keep her hydrated..
she should stay indoors in a cool place. Or, if you're outside, stay in the shade. I hope I answered your question.
