Brief Answer:
It may take upto six hours

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me with clarification.

Crystal meth is psycho stimulant and know to have insomnia as a side effect. It is possible that you will not be able to sleep naturally for next four to six hours.

In my view you can access promethazine to get sleep as it is over the counter and cane be purchased from most medical stores.

The other option is Zolpidem but not to cross 10/12.5 mg on a single night.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
No, I THINK YOU NEED TO AVOID

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

In my view you should avoid further experimentation with your body as crystal meth is powerful substance and can have serious effects including dependence.

The only thing I will recommend is good exercise and antioxidants so there is reversal of effects of abused substance.

I hope this answers you and addresses your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.

Brief Answer:
Decrease the amount

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

The obsessive pattern of thoughts is another complication with use of crystal meth. The best option is to stop using it as none of the available medicines are help in preventing this pattern of thoughts.

The next best option is to use less amount of crystal meth and never combine with any other substance.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks again.
