Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

He seems to have seborrheic dermatitis which can present as itchy scaly patches on the face of infants. Seborrheic dermatitis is a steroid responsive dermatosis. HHsone contains mometasone furoate which is a topical steroid. You can continue with the same treatment.
