Question: hi doctor
I woke up this morning and had pain in my left leg and also have fever @ 100.

I also have headache.

can you suggest medicines.? should I go to office

I can understand your concern
Medication for the headache and fever is tablet paracetamol.
You have to take the dose of 500mg thrice daily for 2 to 3 days.
Take rest properly
Drink plenty of water/fluids.
For leg pain, you can use
hot fermentation
hot oil massage
use volini spray

Is paracetamol sufficient, do I need to take any other precautions, like we are hearing for dengue and chickenguinia.?

Thanks for writing again.
what you have is just a fever. No need to worry.If you are having severe fever, cold, sore throat, body ache, joint pain, weakness.Fever is not reducing even after taking Paracetamol. Then you can think of Viral flu like Dengue, Chikenguinia and you can go for blood test.

So as of now, Take rest, take fluids and start medication.
