Suggest Remedies For Lower Back Pain

Probably a slipped disc
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting the query.
From the medical history that you have mentioned,it seems that you probably have a slipped disc in the lumbar spine.
A slipped disc usually causes compression of the spinal nerve in between the lumbar vertebra causing radicular pain in the buttock area and the leg.
Lifting heavy weight,a sudden jerk or bending forward in an awkward position are some of the reasons that result in a slipped intervertebral disc.
I suggest you to get an MRI of the lumbar spine done. This will confirm the diagnosis.
Take anti inflammatory analgesics, methycobalamin with pregabalin tablets for immediate pain relief.Apply local analgesic gel / spray followed by hot fomentation.
Use lumbar belt for back support.
Avoid bending forward or lifting anything heavy.
If the MRI confirms a slipped disc, then we can think of the definitive management which includes either conservative treatment (physiotherapy, lumbar traction, laser therapy etc) or operative treatment ( surgical decompression).
Do let me know once the MRI reports are ready.
I hope the answer was useful.
Thank you.
Take care.
