
Suggest Remedies For Pain In Foot And Ankle

Question: I have pain in my foot in the ankle region. Please advise what it can be as it is more in the morning the first time i keep my legs of the bed and then decreases slowly.

Wear soft microcellular rubber slippers. Keep the Feetham ankles dipped in warm water with added salt for about 15 minutes. This will help to reduce oedema.
Do plantar fascia and calf stretching exercises daily after consulting a good Physiotherapist.
Exercise daily to prevent obesity.
Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.
