Brief Answer:
Muscle pull likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the bottom of the ribs that increases with change in posture is likely to be due to a muscle pull. Mild muscle strain or tear is also possible. To help with the pain you can do a hot compress in the area, avoid all painful activities, take a mild pain killer or get an oral muscle relaxant prescribed.
I hope this answers your query.
