Suggest Remedies For Painful Scabs On The Penis Shaft

Question: Hi, I've developed a good handful of painful scabs along the shaft of my penis over the last 3 days. I've had only one partner in the last 6 months and she has been tested before and is ok. I only noticed this a day after oral sex with her and I'm not so sure if it's just from friction or dry rubbing but this has happened before, just not this many scabs or this shape. They are small dots. Everything I searched for online isn't really providing the answers I need so I just want to know if this is something I need to panic about and what I can do to relieve the issue.
Brief Answer:
A photo of the scabs on your penis is needed first
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Before running into final conclusion, I need to have a look at the skin eruptions on your penis. Can you please upload the photo or send it at following email address:

What exactly should I take until I see a dermatologist? Is there anything I should apply directly to the scabs?
Brief Answer:
Only keep good local hygiene, apply only betaine....(external antiseptic)
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
No, should not try anything. Only keep good local hygiene, wash with warm water and soap. Rinse well, dry well, apply only betaine locally.
If cannot see dermatologist immediately, then, go to ER.
We should determine your exact diagnosis, then, proceed with other specific treatment. The lab test I advised earlier is the best way to determine it.
All the best!
