hi, i am a uncircumcised male diagnosed with chancroid, with enlarged lymph node with multiple ulcers present.
it is been a week and the ulcer are not seem to reduce but increased pain,urinary infection,redness.
i my foreskin is preventing the treatment

Hello.Chancroid is an STD caused by a bacterium, Haemophilus
ducreyi. Proper treatment are antibiotics such as Ceftriaxone, Erythromycin or Cotrimoxazole .Your doctor should prescribe as soon as possible an antibiotic to prevent the progression of infection.I wish you good health.
