Brief Answer:
P-250 is an effective pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Although you think of the fever tobbe due to pressing Hi pennies, most often such symptoms are due to viral infections and antibiotics are ineffective in such cases. Irrespective of use of antibiotics, it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days. If the child is otherwise active and fine, you need not grow concerned.

If your child has fever with temperature more than 100°F, you need to give paracetamol (Crocin) to bring down. It is an effective pain killer as well and separate administration is not necessary. If paracetamol is not effective in bringing down the temperature, you need to use Meftal-P (mefenamic acid) which is more effective. You should continue it so long as the child has temperature. Also use tepid sponging.

If it continues to hurt, visiting a doctor and getting him evaluated should be a better idea.

Hopefully that would help. Feel free to write back in case of further queries.
