Question : Hi Doc, my sister said last 2 years, she was having right iguinal pain. She went to see a physician and after examination, tab sechnidazole 2g st, gyano-daktarin persries dly ×3 (Nocte) and tab azithromycin was prescribed for her. After completion of the medication, the discharges and the pain stopped . Last year, she experienced the same symptoms and went back to see the physician . She took a pelvic scan and it said there was some small amount of fluid in her pouch of XXXXXXX Gyano-dactarin persries od ×3 (nocte) and spranox 2g bd × 3was prescribed for her...Again the discharges and the pain stopped after completion of the medication. This year she's been experiencing same pain but this time, the discharge is quite plenty and offensive. She only spoke to her lecturer who is a Doctor about the pain but didnt talk about the disgarges cos she was feeling shy... so the Doctor prescibed vitamin "E" 4mu...for her...the pain stopped but the discharges still persists. But later part of last month she started experiencing right iguinal pain again.

As mentioned below
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
She needs a vaginal swab and culture analysis to know the exact nature of the infection and then antibiotics for it.
Also, a pap smear and pelvic ultrasound scan should be done.
If sexually active, both partners should be tested for sexually transmitted diseases.
All the best
