Brief Answer:
I think you have taken enough of strong oral medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I think you have taken enough of strong oral medication.
The bodyache and weakness is because of the severe infection you have.
I would advise---
Take steam inhalation with Vicks/Eucalyptus oil twice a day, continue a cough expectorant with Bromhexine/Guaphenisin.
There is a preparation called NAC --N acetyl cysteine--that improves lung capacity and oxygen supply. If you can get it--take it twice a day.
Take a good multivitamin preparation.
Is there any wheezing sound from the chest?
What is the color of your expectorant when it comes out?
Can you collect this sample and get it examined in lab to see type of infection?
Please revert back.
Regards
