I take Atenolol-25 mg(my blood pressure is fine with it), take 40 mg of Lipitor- both before I go to bed. In the morning I take 200 mg of Zoloft. Occasionally I take 10 mg of Ambien but not every night. I sleep from 7- 8 hours a night, when I get these headaches I have to get up to get rid of it. Snore some, but very seldom. I drink coffee in the morning- 2-3 cups.
Brief Answer:
Please cut down on coffee.

I kindly suggest that you cut down on coffee consumption. this seems the likely cause of your early morning headaches. I will suggest that you do so as soon as possible, cutting it slowly. also, daily exercise would help for a great night sleep and weaning from this heavy coffee consumption responsible for your headaches.
