Suggest Remedies For Pulsatile Tinnitus In An 8 Year Old Child

Question: My son is 8 years old and taking antibiotics for an ear infection and sinus infection. He is bothered by pulsile tenitis (spelling?) in his ears when he tries to sleep. It causes him anxiety and cant sleep. Is there anything I can do to help relieve it?

Nasal Decongestants and antihistamines should help. Pseudoephedrine plus cetirizine combination should help.

Kindly answer the following to advise accordingly

What medication/ antibiotics is he currently taking.
Is he taking decongestants.
Since how long have these symptoms been present.
Does he have history of hearing loss.
