Suggest Remedies For Scrotal Pimple
Question: This area of red started as a hard lump that turned out to be a pimple of sorts. The skin went almost back to normal then got really dry flaky and is now the scaly red that you can see in picture. Slighly itch when it dries out and becomes flaky. Appears to be some time of filliculitis. But thats odd givin that im on day 5 of anti biotics for a sinus infection. Tried anti fungal cream no real significate effect. Adivice and home remedies as i do not have insurance right now. Please

My Impression-
This is definitely-Scrotal pimple is with itch- as its resolving folliculitis with persistent induration and inflammation at the site.This is because of the continued infection in hair follicles despite the antibiotics you were on for -Sinus infection.
Remedy Suggested-
This is the condition despite of the fact you were on day of the antibiotics.
I would suggest a change of antibioitcs with Tab Combiflam- NSAIDs, to control the nagging induration and inflammation locally.
Things would resolve in 3 days time with Tab Combiflam.
Investigate blood Sugar
-to fix recurring scrotal infections-
With recurring history of scrotal infection-I would suggest you to have Blood Sugar checking and review with Me after the blood testing.
-Repeated shaving is the cause of recurring scrotal skin issues in your case.

Update info on the antibiotics for sinus infection!!
Please update which antibiotics your were taking for Sinus infection, for My study and proper suggestion on antibiotics.

I dont shave much. Only shaved to inspect this issue. Like i explained i do not have the funds to get a new anti biotic like TAB. The current antibiotic im on is amox-clav. Is there anything thing that i can do to resovle this foliculitis without a new anti biotic. I have so triancinolobe acetonide cream will that help??? Or should i start washing the area with anti bacterial soap. What can i do now to reslove this issue

Cold Sponging locally(by ice cubes in plasti bag)
a-Tab Advil 400 mg (NSAID-anti-inflamatory drug)-1 x 2 times a day for 3- 5 days would reduce it
b-Take 1/2 tsf Turmeric powder-x 3 times a day x 3-5 days.
c-Keep the private part cleaned with dettol / Savlon dilute solution-sponging x 2 times a day.
d-Smear coconut oil on the local and private part to keep it smooth and healthy.
