Question: I'm having dandruff accompanied with severe Itching.Wounda with pain upon touching and pus oozing out upon pressing is noticed.Please suggest how to get rid of this.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concerns. It seems thay you have a fungal infection. You may try applying candid lotion (clotrimazole) topically over the affected area over a week and see if it helps. You can take cetirizine once daily for next few days and it should help with the itchiness as well. Thereafter use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and things should go fine.
