Brief Answer:
Give her some antiallergic and decongestant drops

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform
Most common cause of sneezing/cold in this age is some allergy or viral infection.
Decreased feeding and increase crying or irritability is common in this condition. This can be due to nasal obstruction or illness itself.
I won't get overly worried if there are no warning signs like if she is passing urine frequently(indicates that she is getting adequate amount of fluid), there is no vomiting, any breathing difficulty like rapid breathing or chest retraction.
Giving antiallergic like chlorpheniramine with decongestant like phenylephrine drops helps. Combination comes as Timinic drop or Maxtra drop. The usual dose for this age is 10 drops two to three times a day.If the secretions are getting crusted you may put nasal saline drop like basic learning to relieve nasal obstruction.
This is a prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a pediatrician.
I request you to observe for warning signs and get her to a pediatrician immediately if you notice any.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
