Brief Answer:
Add montelukast. Pseudoephedrine combination as option
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
I would advise addition of leukotriene antagonists such as montelukast. X ray PNS can also be advised especially if there is associated headache to look for sinusitis. Claritin can be changed to pseudoephedrine along with cetirizine or pseudoephedrine in combination with ibuprofen for a week. You can discuss these options with your doctor. I have seen good results with these combinations in my patients.
let me know if you have any query
