Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain And Pain In Testicle

I am getting pain in my lower right abdomen which seems to be related to a painful testicle.
All bodily functions are fine, the pain occurs when I am walking or lifting anything.
Also the pain increases when I bend.
Could this be a hernia or pre hernia tear?
No clear evidence of hernia though i will like some more info.

It can be a hernia or not here I would ask you a few questions to see if there is any thing which can indication about hernia...
1) Did you have any surgery or trauma to this area?
2) Do you lift heavy weights often?
3) Is the pain exactly in same area?
4) Is there any swelling in that area? even if you cough or strain is there any swelling?
5) Whats your height and weight?
6) Any family hisotru of hernia?

The only trauma would be my dog landing on my lap a little heavily.
I am 5'7 and about 17 stone.
There is no known history of hernia I. Other family members, but I did suffer a pre hernia about 12 years ago.
You better get a checkup for it.Not emergency though

Hello,
Thanks for writing back and sending me a detailed reply.
According to the information you provided me, there is no clear evidence that you are having a hernia but if you had a pre-hernia 12 years back and if it's on the same side and if you feel pressure on testicle and that too on weight lifting .. then it might well be a pre-hernia for that it's always suggested to avoid straining and visit your doctor just for a checkup.
It's always better to do something about the problem before it gets bad. So i would suggest you to visit your doctor to discuss the issue , though this ain't an emergency but it needs to be checked up for prevention of any future problem.
I wish you the very best of health,
Regards.
