Question: i have anal fissure ..i am using home remedies but its there for about few weeks ..advice

Hello! XXXX. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I will like you to advise:
1. Make your stool soft by taking lots of fibres in your diet by eating lots of fruits and vegetables, may also add psyllium fibres and lots of water
2. Apply local ointment containing lignocaine or diltizem available in market per annum
3. Do sitz bath

how to apply ointment ..its around anus external or inside..too..
i got nifedipine .2%.
