Suggest Remedy For Back Pain And Cough When Suffering From Uterine Cancer

Question: I have a problem which seems to be unsolvable. I do have fibromyalgia. I have had breast cancer and uterine cancer. For the past several months I have had a chronic cough. Slowly other symptoms are occurring. Sometimes I have excruciating back pain. I also have pains in my chest which have been going on for at least six weeks. The pain is becoming debilitating. It does not seem to be caused by anything I do. I have lymphedema in my left breast as a result of radiation. That swelling has increased greatly just in the last two days. I also have swelling on both sides of my collar bone.
My legs have also been swelling for about two months. (Many of my medications state possible swelling as a side effect.)
he physician I see for my fibromyalgia does not think these new symptoms are caused by anything having to do with the fibromyalgia.
My family physician ordered an abdominal ultrasound which did not reveal any problems. He referred me to a neurologist. The neurologist requested a spinal MRI. He notified me today that he saw no problems there that could not be explained by aging.
(I am 69 years old. I weigh about 133. I am 5ft. 3in. tall.) I have always exercised 5 days a week until about the last six weeks. I have been too fatigued to do much of anything. I become winded by small tasks. I must admit, I always worry about cancer. I have never smoked but I do worry because of the cough and the pain in my chest. Can you help me with any suggestions as to what I should do from here?
I am wondering if it would be wise to consult with the cancer specialist I have seen in the past. What are your thoughts? (Bewildered, scared and hurting)

I am also beginning to have slight headaches. I feel very embarrassed to say that because it seems that I must be imagining things. I do want you to know that I am a pretty tough woman and do not easily complain. I just do not get a good night's rest or a good day doing the things which make me happy re: volunteering.

Brief Answer:
Pet scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you have had a history of breast cancer and uterine cancer and is having chronic cough ,headaches and back and chest pain i would advise you to to a PET scan and MRI of brain.

You can apply Buprenorphine transdermal 5 mg patch in your upper back region for controlling your pain. You need a doctors prescription for it.

For controlling your cough you can take codeine syrup 2 tsf thrice daily after food.

If any space occupying lesion is found in the scan then biopsy has to be done from it to rule out cancer from coming back and you need to take opinion of an oncologist.
