General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Morphine can stay in the urine up to 4 days for complete elimination. However, it stays in blood or saliva up to 3 days. It can stay in hair for as long as up to 90 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
