Need to be rule out endometrial cancer early stage...explained

Detailed Answer:
hello ,
Thanks for contacting health care magic

It appears to me me from the history that you have been post menopausal and had an episode of post menopausal bleeding which lasted for 3 days.

firstly, any form of post menopausal bleeding is not healthy , it may indicate either an ongoing or recent development / early stages of either cervical cancer or endometrial cancer.

In your case the endometrial thickness is also 9mm which is indeed thick. it would be prudent to follow up with an endometrial biopsy and subject it to histopathological examination to rule out endometrial cancer.

Also , a complete gynae exam should be done along with PAP SMEAR to rule out cervical cause.
further course of action shall depend on the reports as to whether tumour markers would be required for the ovarian cyst or not as ovarian cancer doesnt present with bleeding per vaginum , so the cyst may be simple cyst which has to be followed up with a serial ultrasound for observing the increase in size for atleast 3 months to rule out any malignant status of ovary.

this is definitely not about PCOD . being overweight , yes, is one of the risk factors of Endometrial cancer. the earlier detection can be followed by curative treatment depending on the stage at histopathological exam report.

so keep me apraised .
thanks, regards.

Brief Answer:
BIOPSY would give definite diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the follow up.

CA125 =37 is normal yes but there are other tumour markers like CEA, AFP and BETA HCG , whose values are also required . together they can rule out ovarian cancer.
endometrial cancer can be rightly diagnosed based on endometrial biopsy report definitively, so a biopsy is must for a thickened endometrium in post menopausal age group.

Thank you for hearing me. I had a gyn for 35 years. He retired 2 years ago. So I found a go who also did gyn exams. This came up and I have no doctor. They are going to take me as patient. First I have to see np for biopsy.
But not a patient and can't make appointment yet!!
I do appreciate this site. It's needed so badly. I've already told 4 people. They didn't know about this service.
I pray for best results for myself and children.
