Suggest Remedy For Depression, Nausea And Dizziness

These symptoms appear to be occurring due to depression
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. The symptoms like sad mood, negativity, feelings of worthlessness, suicidal thoughts, poor sleep, severe stress, dizziness, nausea, altered appetite, increased weight, lack of confidence etc are due to depression only. Such symptoms fall in severe depression and need proper evaluation by a psychiatrist. You are young and have suicidal thoughts so please don't ignore these symptoms.
In most of individuals depressive symptoms improve with both medicines and psychotherapy. You have tried Zolfresh and Lonazap. These drugs are commonly used for sleep and anxiety. These medicines are not the proper drugs for depression and as per my opinion these wouldn't help you to improve your symptoms. For depression medicines like SSRIs are commonly used. Escitalopram, Fluoxetine, Sertraline etc are used. These medicines are safe medicines and are free of serious side effects. You can take these medicines without any fear. A lot of individuals have doubts about anti depressants drugs that they are not safe and can cause dependence, but please don't fall into such beliefs and consult a doctor for treatment. In most of individuals it takes about 4-6 weeks to see full effects of medicines and in usual cases treatment runs for less than 6 months. Visit a psychiatrist for detailed prescription.
Apart from medicines cognitive therapy can also help to reduce these depressive symptoms. In cognitive therapy abnormal thoughts and cognitive distortions are found and then in successive sessions individual and psychologist work to correct these abnormal thoughts and distortions. Please take help of a psychologist and this will help you a lot. Don't hesitate to take treatment, its never late.
Thanks, I hope this helps you in deciding the treatment process. Still have more doubts please ask again.
Take care

OTC medicines wouldn't help much in your symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
OTC drugs would not help much in your symptoms. Try to make your family members agree for psychiatrist consultation. Please don't waste your important time in depression and try to recover ASAP. If they are not agreeing to visit a psychiatrist then visit a Psychologist. Cognitive therapy have also almost equal efficacy when compared to medicines. You can go for that.
Thanks, Please ask again for more doubts.
