Brief Answer:
Betahistine to control dizziness and following other recommendations....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

Cervical stenosis is commonly associated with dizziness. In such cases, my recommendations are as following:
- apply warm clothing locally
- avoid quick movements of the head/neck
- apply anti-inflammatory cream locally
- continue taking anti-inflammatory meds orally
- take betahistine to ease dizziness
- for the first few days, I prescribe lorazepam or diazepam to control the pain and dizziness better. Can discuss this further with your caring doctor.
- massaging can also help

Wish fast recovery!
