Suggest Remedy For Dry Skin And Pimples While Taking Essenza And Caleat Kd Plus

Question: Hi..I am 30 yr old lady. Two months before I was suffering from problem of numbness in my hands. Doctor prescribed Me Essenza and Caleat-KD Plus, after having these medicines my skin became dry and now I am having pimples on both side of my chin from last two months. A gynaecologist prescribed Peroduo gel. I m using it since 2 week but pimples are increasing. I have discontinued earlier medicines. What should I do.

I had gone through your question and photographs you have uploaded very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

Pimples on your face might not be related to medicines you have taken, both these medicines contains essential nutrient supplements

Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Have you ever had similar complaint in past?
Is there any discolouration of the surrounding area which is not clear in photograph
Any other relevant medical history like hormonal disorder or metabolic disease?

Peroduo gel contains adapalene and Benzoyl peroxide which has keratolytic and antibacterial properties
So continue applying Peroduo gel as advised by your gynaecologist.
Wash your face with antiseptic face wash and keep it clean
Please don't rub, puncture or manipulate them in any ways.

I was having severe acnes in 2010 at that time I took isotroin 20 for 2 months. That's why I am worried it should not happen again. Also I used MTP kit last month. I am O-ve so after bleeding Anti D injection was also given. Bleeding remained over a month then gynaecologist gave me Stemetil MD and Duoluton L which I am still having. No other hormone issue or metabolic disorder is there. And no discoloration of skin as well. But there is little itching on neck and face and redness also.

Acne develops due to blockage in sebum secreting gland and it's duct.

Activities of sebaceous glands depends on number of factors including hormonal imbalances, diet and environmental factors

You need not to worry it will be alright very soon
You may require a course of antibiotics like doxycycline for 7 to 10 days with peroduo gel
You can anti allergic like lecocetirizine for itching on face and neck.
Have multivitamin supplements
Wash it at least twice in a day and keep it moist
Don't massage with peroduo gel
Gently apply it

It's readily available over the counter medicine which contains all essential vitamins like B1 to B 12 ( thiamine, riboflavin, biotin, pyridoxine, folic acid and cynocobalamin) and minerals.
